DropDeadLegs.syx Program 100 MIDI Dump User Alg Single S-Disc Compatible with all software versions This patch closely resembles Drop Dead Legs from 1984 by Eddie VH. Notes: I play an Ibanez 540LTD with the Bridge position hummbucking pickup only. Also, I play thru a Peavey Classic 50/50 tube amp, so you may need to increase the compression lightly to compensate if you are running thru a SS amp. Patch loads with CC-1 OFF for the intro part with reduced tube Distortion. After the intro (which is fingerpicked), toggle CC-1 to crank up the distortion gain for the main portions of the song. I prefer to switch back to the softer intro settings during the break where Eddie plays the strange descending part before going into the 2nd verse, then cranking the distortion up ago at the start of the second verse to emphasize the descending chord strum as is done on the album.
